Start with the moment that keeps getting missed.
01
Walk us through an ordinary day.
What happens when a customer asks for service? Who records the details? Who follows up on the quote? Where does someone copy information from one screen into another?
We listen to the owner and the people doing the work. Together, we choose a specific process, define the desired outcome, and check what the tools you already use can support.
02
A small connection can change the routine.
A website inquiry could create a lead and notify the person responsible. An open estimate could create a follow-up task that stops when the customer responds. A completed service could set a future maintenance reminder.
These are examples of possible workflows, not a promise that every application supports every connection. We confirm access, subscription requirements, and the actual sequence before quoting implementation.
03
Build for the day something goes wrong.
People change an appointment. Someone submits a form twice. An application loses its connection. A useful system needs a way to handle those moments.
The agreed workflow is tested with realistic cases, with error alerts and a clear handover where scoped. We establish who responds and which actions need approval. Optional ongoing support is available separately.
Your starting point
Business Automation
$350–$600
Final scope and timeline confirmed before work begins.
- One simple workflow with agreed connections
- Example: inquiry → lead → owner notification
- Testing and handover for the agreed process
Two or three connected business processes: $900–$1,500 setup. Optional automation support: $100–$300/month with an agreed allowance. Software subscriptions and usage are separate.
A few things you may be wondering.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We first review what your current applications can do and whether supported connections are available.
Does every automation need AI?
No. Tasks with clear rules, such as assigning an inquiry or creating a reminder, can often use regular automation. AI is considered when interpreting or drafting information adds value.
Who maintains the system after setup?
The project includes the agreed handover. Ongoing monitoring, fixes, and adjustments can be covered by separately scoped monthly automation support.
It begins with a conversation
What would you like to stop doing by hand?
You do not need the perfect words. Tell us where you are, what matters to you, and what you would love to make possible. We’ll listen from there.
